• Save the design to the Design Library, try different directions, switch back any time
• Refine with the visual editor, AI chat, or code editor
• Hand over the files, or add the client as a team member so they can manage their own content

VoxelSite has team access with three roles (owner, editor, viewer), but it's not Notion or Google Workspace. There's no concurrent editing, no commenting system, and no approval workflows. The owner adds team members, assigns roles, and each person works within their access level.

Yes. Purchase a Regular license for each client project. Generate the website, customize it, and deliver the files. You can also add the client as a team member with editor or viewer access so they can manage their own content. The client doesn't need VoxelSite installed to run their website. The output is standard HTML/CSS/PHP.

"Can multiple people edit the same site?"

Yes. The owner can add team members with three roles: owner (full access), editor (can edit, publish, use AI), and viewer (read-only). Each person signs in with their own account. There's no concurrent editing of the same element, but multiple people can work in the Studio.

"Do I need to pay for AI separately?"

Yes. VoxelSite uses external AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek). You bring your own API key. AI costs depend on your provider and usage, but are typically very low. A few cents per page generation.

"What happens if I stop using VoxelSite?"

Your published pages are framework-independent PHP files. They keep running on any PHP hosting with or without the Studio installed. However, Studio-powered features like actions, forms, and the MCP server require the Studio to function. The files are standard HTML, CSS, and PHP with no proprietary lock-in.

"Can I connect external tools or AI agents?"

Yes. The Agent API is a REST API that lets external AI agents, automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n), and custom scripts manage your site programmatically. Create pages, upload assets, trigger publishes, and run AI prompts. It publishes an OpenAPI 3.0 schema for tool calling.
