Board
Track website tasks on the Studio board. Create cards, move them between columns and link them to pages.
Use Board to track website work in To Do, In Progress and Done. Link a card to open its page in Chat.
Move a card as the work progresses. Owners and editors can change cards; viewers can read them.
Desktop example: track work across the Board columns.
Phone example: scroll through the Board columns.
Opening board
Click Board under Studio in the top navigation. Each column groups cards by work status.
On mobile, the columns stack into a scrollable list.
Columns
Board ships with three columns:

| In Progress | Tasks actively being worked on |
| Done | Completed tasks |
Each column shows its card count.
Creating cards
Click New Card. Enter a Title, choose a Column and optionally Link a page. Click Create. Expand the new card to add a description.
Editing cards
Click any card to expand it inline. The expanded view shows:
- Title - editable text field
- Description - multi-line text area with line break support
- Linked page - a dropdown to associate the card with a website page
- Column - move the card to a different column without dragging
Changes save after a short pause. Check for Saved on the card before leaving the view. A stale card version can block a save; reload the current card and reconcile your edit. Board changes are immediate shared records, separate from website publication and snapshots.
Linking cards to pages
Cards can link to any page in your website. Use the page dropdown in the expanded card view to select a page. Once linked:
- The card shows the page name as a clickable link
- Click the link to open Chat with that page selected.
Moving cards
Drag and drop - grab a card and drag it to any column. Drop zones highlight as you drag. Cards reorder within and across columns.
In the expanded card, choose a new Column. After the server saves it, the card appears in that column.
Archiving and deleting
From the card's context menu (three-dot button):
- Archive removes the card from the board. Click Archived, then Restore to bring it back.
- Delete removes the card after confirmation. There is no undo for deletion.
Permissions
Owners, editors and viewers can open Board.
- Owners and editors can create, edit, move, archive and delete cards.
- Viewers can read cards in view-only mode.

Demo mode
Demo mode shows sample cards. You can expand them and try some controls, but changes do not persist. Creating, archiving and deleting cards show a disabled-action message.
